
Teri Lynn Hatcher is the daughter of Teri Hatcher, who was born in Palo Alto California on December 8th, 1964. Her mother Esther was an engineer at Lockheed Martin computer programmer, and her father Owen was an electrical engineer, nuclear physicist. Teri was born by Esther. Teri studied ballet at San Juan School of Dance and was born in Sunnyvale. Fremont High School was where she was the Featherettes' dance captain and was presented with the "Most Likely To Be the Solid Gold Dancer" award. Hatcher was a graduate of De Anza College, where she was a mathematician and engineer. She also took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri disclosed that her uncle Richard Hayes Stone had sexually harassed her at the age of 5. She also helped Santa Clara County prosecutors in their case against Stone following the 14-year-old victim of Stone's took her own life. Stone received a sentence in prison for pleading guilty to four counts of molestation and he passed away from colon cancer in prison
